ULISLIMO is a luxury transportation service provider based in Sherman Oaks, California. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including bookings made online, by phone, or in person.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or use our services. By using our platform, you warrant that you meet all legal requirements to enter into a binding contract.

3. Service Use & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Accurate personal and payment information must be provided.
By booking, you authorize ULISLIMO to charge your payment method for the full cost of service including any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure payment gateways including Stripe, Square, and WooPayments.
Payments must be completed at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any promotional rates or discounts must be applied before checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

ULISLIMO is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by:

Traffic conditions, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, or acts of God.
We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal activities
Transporting hazardous materials
Harassment or abuse of our staff or drivers
Violating local or federal transportation regulations

ULISLIMO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal and payment data is protected under our Privacy Policy, which complies with all major U.S. data protection regulations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under California law.
By using our service, you waive the right to file a class action.
